SB 268                                                                                            
Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 3806) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 268 am H                                                                        
    "An Act relating to the issuance of state-guaranteed revenue bonds                              
    by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to finance mortgages                                  
    for qualifying veterans; and providing for an effective date."
